Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal information BitLease Inc. receives through this website and how it is used. Last updated: November 1, 2026.
Who is responsible
BitLease Inc., a Delaware corporation (file number 10691828) with its registered office at Suite 105, 501 Silverside Road, Wilmington, DE 19809, United States, is responsible for personal information received through this website. You can reach us at contact@bitlease.inc.
What this website collects
This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It stores nothing in your browser apart from the standard network error reporting set by our hosting provider: your browser keeps it for up to seven days and uses it only to report a failed connection to the provider. Its fonts and scripts are served with the site itself, not by third parties, with one exception: on the contact page, Cloudflare serves its Turnstile check, which tells a person from an automated sender.
The company that hosts the website processes the technical data needed to deliver it, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of each request, in server logs used to operate and secure the service.
When you contact us
The institutional brief and message forms send what you write to us at contact@bitlease.inc, by email through Cloudflare, once its Turnstile check confirms that a person is writing. Whether you use the form or write to contact@bitlease.inc yourself, we receive what you choose to include: usually your name, organization, role, work email and the content of your brief or message.
Please keep sensitive personal information and confidential records out of a first message.
How we use it
We use this information to read and answer your inquiry, to assess and prepare a possible engagement, and to keep a record of business correspondence. Where data protection laws such as the GDPR or the UK GDPR apply, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and, when you ask us to prepare a proposal, on steps taken at your request before a contract.
Where it is processed
BitLease Inc. is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to handle the inquiry and any business relationship that follows, and for any longer period the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy of it. To make a request, write to contact@bitlease.inc. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
